When should I arrive?

Entering the Studio before the time is not allowed.

You’re welcome to bring one support person unless otherwise discussed. For small studio spaces, we may limit additional guests.

If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late.

No, reschedule is not possible. You have to do a new booking.

Kids are not allowed to enter the Studio unless they are part of the shooting.
